Our Founding Story

From Educators to Innovators (FETI) was founded in January 2024 by nine educators in the Bayonne Community. We aim to empower young minds beyond school hours through creative and educational outlets, complementing Bayonne's existing after-school sports and programs.

As educators, we recognized a need for additional enrichment opportunities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and innovation among Bayonne's youth. Our collective experience in education inspired us to create an organization that extends learning beyond the classroom in engaging and meaningful ways.
